Sweet Misery
once i thought, the breath of me
an ever tasting song to sing
starful dance; meandering,
sticky dew of always be,
my lung, my heart; life in me,
a flow, a know, affinity
truth of love; light to see –
me in you
AND
you in me
firefused twins,
combustibility; scorching ecstasy,
making love beyond reality,
a life long friend to never leave,
connected veins, so …
appropriately –
i’d live for you,
you’d breathe for me
carved through gravity,
hiding dimensionally?
how very touching
the world ate our taste buds disparagingly,
leaving color stalely,
unraveling false hopes of infinity
THEN,
i slept poetically lonely,
drowning; desperately
clinging to grief systematically,
while, you took my lung,
my heart, the life in me –
left gasping silently;
watery eyes unknowingly,
fell to shattered make-believe
Always such beautiful words.
Truly
Benjamin
Thank you Benjamin!
