tickling drizzles of love grown cold
wintery soul adrift
snow covered eyelids
hanging crystals
hard they do crash

cracking sounds from past hurts
walking in gray days
pessimistic thoughts ruin
highlights of moon glow
harsh winds dig deeper
surge coughing pain
thump of the beat still alive
too warm for lack of faith
scorched fiery breath
rise through the veins
