Shrouded In Our Milky Way

i want to WAKE the dawn;
that lives among the chasm of my chest,
linked to yours
//before the dawn of time//

in the beginning
when the sun spoke once into the night –
manifesting an existence,
//the breath of dawn//

air of galaxies bending forth,
catalystic endings
while moons rose beside planets;
//reflections of inception//

watching, wasting, wading, wafting
through veins of our Milky Way
anticipating a grandiose conclusion,
tender Dawn arose upon the wings of mountains,
tasting sweet nectar of the morning sky
rearing a reverberating finale
//before the dawn of time//

in the consummation
collected amongst,
the chasms of some wavering heart –
waiting to awake,
transmitting ethereal echoes,
with theatrical bangs unfurling!
//just before Dawn kissed Dusk//
