Solitarily {Surrounded}

infinity

Solitarily {Surrounded}

desperation overflows –
isolation; faithful pal
only candle’s light
wakes this wax-burned flesh

reassurance there is life –
still breathed,
in silent dark;thick and fogged,
my voice rings out to you

then, wailing just a little longer –
My GOD!
a transparent heart pours;still!
is there one to catch the flood?

has there ever been anyone there,
to count these tears?
or danced to save this soul;
a no one, who has twirled –
heard hidden sounds?

eclipsed through,to help
make it to daybreak?
it feels alone-
surrounded by multitudes

if it were possible,
I’d share all my thoughts with you,
but in losing faith;{reality}
it seems not one you can be found

(I ache to hear cryptic clangs,
even! in secretive restraint,
I’d hear the hush –
ripple of quietude,
gently encased between my eyes,
my words quarantined for you.)
