Swept Into Aurora
The nets of my eyes cast out,
wide peering, through the night,
an adaptation of self –
morphing to the call of Northern Lights,
wispy, ethereal breath fading into a mass,
tears dribble at such beauty,
wonderwall hit me, please.
Seep into quintessential times,
here, there, and of yesteryear,
as the earth unbound such radiance,
we have yet to consume –
a untainted, keepsake love,
we all wish to have –
some form of,
human or otherwise.
Let the ribbons of our veins,
drain with your loveliness,
filling the skies –
a magnificent spectral of art,
the art of life a perfect dawn,
and we call you Aurora,
reflecting such effulgence,
if only we could be rapt,
straight into your smokey trails,
transcending forevermore.
As breath taking as the Aurora.
