Airplane Visions

Airplane Visions

I took a walk on an airplane wing,
it was full flight, no one seemed to notice.
Outstretched arms, flew insane speed,
this can only happen once in a lifetime.

Wind rushing over my face,
freezing air held me.
I balanced in this remarkable affair,
swimming in the clouds.

I was a celestial being,
lifting one leg afloat,
flipping to regain my stance,
I almost fell in the fluff.

Dancing upon the airplane wing,
the plane my strength of gravity.
The wing my glue, stuck I was,
to stop the force trying to knock me.

Looking down at the grand huge earth,
beneath my vigilant stare,
I gasped in awe at how small I am,
the schemes of my thoughts seem futile.

Gaping around the sky such blue,
white and flowing peace.
Floating around my significant feet,
that cushioned my wallowing thoughts.

Escaped back to the daydreaming midst,
my hair caught with the wind.
Balancing beam,
in ridiculous ways.

I found the perfect place to leap,
crowded soft space,
holding onto my balancing phase,
and it lead me to the sun.
