Timid Glad

Timid Glad

Timidly come breaking forth,
melancholy madness.

Dripping to a silent stream,
ushering to sadness.

A loud crash to seeping eyes,
distance calling gladness.

Withstand the circling finds,
breaking rhyme, I have this.

Oh, I’ve got it now,
the sinking called slur.

It tries to make us simple,
and all things obscure.

I do not look for icicles,
the land of freeze.

My tongue does speak of warmly things,
and comforts to bring.

Twice I thought I knew,
the answers before my face.

Now I leave with a yearn,
one day it will make sense.

Or possibly not!
This maniacal race in my head.

Let it be, wait and see,
heart please accept your phase.
