Now you see me, now you don’t.
Shape shifting, through your own scope.
See my black, feel my white,
there is no gray mixing in sight.
What am I now?
Can you discern?
Clear and distinct?
Nothing but blur?
Emotional inkblots, form my face,
blank canvas, waiting your gaze.
Blending images, mirroring folds,
ups and downs, living as whole.
Oil and water, my soul pangs,
longing conflux, forever resisting stable states.
Throw me a spin, add some color,
see what I am then.
Morphing into ideologies,
seeking rules for reality.
Extremes unbalanced raising glass,
call me Rorschach at your glance.
Hello lovely,
I don’t think I would like to do the Rorschach test, my mind is well weird.
You do amaze me the things your mind finds to write about.
Where did this tangent come from Pinky………???
Is it another plan for world domination, are you pondering what I’m pondering?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Narf!!!!
I love you so much.
Hello Lees!
I don’t like those tests. I always come up with long detailed movies when I look at them even if it is for two seconds! Ha ha ha
It usually involves, butterflies, 8’s, and The Blob.
Guess what? I don’t even share half of what my brain is thinking about! I know you can relate. Hee hee
Definite world domination in progress….Narf!
I love you too!
You are pure fabulousness Angel~!
I don’t always comment but I think your poetry is absolutely awesome
Thank you Fi,
That means a lot to hear. I am not the best at commenting, but I think that you are quite fabulous also!
In honor of Hermann Rorschach’s birthday, I am sharing a poem I wrote in 2011 … π
The moment I saw the title of thought of the character Rorschach from the graphic novel the The Watchmen. i personally have never taken one of these tests, but if i did, i would most probably be proclaimed an alien or something. The Blob – what an incredible movie – i remember it from when i was a kid.
Exactly!! This was a mix of thoughts about that character and the Rorschach test. π
aha! great minds think a lot:)
